About John (Jack) Ritchie, NY RE Associate Broker NJ RE Salesperson

In Jack's twenty plus years of executive experience, much of it has been spent in the senior adult housing industry. He has gained first hand experience in the up's and down's of the real estate market from the buyer and development perspective. These experiences have given him the insight to work with an ever changing market from both a buyer's and seller's point of view.  

While the efficient day-to-day operation of a business is important, the value of the property is critical.  Jack understands that "value" is more than price and will work with you to maximize that value.  

It is that level of support, understanding, experience, and dedication that Jack provides, in making your's a successful transaction.  

Jack received an M.A. in Economics and Ph.D. in Administration from the University of Nebraska. He is also a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and a Member of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).  His local involvements are as a Member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), a Member of the  Chamber of Commerce Briarcliff Manor, the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council of Westchester and Member of Westchester County Association.

Jack is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of NY and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New Jersey.
